Wine

Wine matures on vines, but the real magic of Berce wines happens in our cellar. We do not produce wine, we cultivate it. With our knowledge and care for the gifts of nature, we devise a potion that thrills the senses and awakens the emotions.

ABOUT BERCE WINES

Spirits

Berce spirits are the products of our knowledge and development. Excellent spirits are made from wine lees, i.e. a wine distillate, which is why they have a neutral scent and no taste of brandy, and are a perfect basis for our various liqueurs.

Vinegar for gourmets

Excellent vinegar can only be produced from excellent wine, slowly and attentively. Our vinegar ages in oak barrels so that it acquires a deep and aromatic flavour. Berce aged wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar is the icing on our cake.

Homemade jam

The best jam is homemade jam made of fruit of just the right ripeness and cooked quickly. Berce jams are prepared from juicy peaches from Vipava Valley orchards and plums from the solitary trees in the Vipava Valley. As it contains no artificial additives, has low sugar content, and is cooked quickly, our jam is ‘fruit that can be eaten with a spoon’.
