Production of marmelade actually starts in peach plantation, where we pick up one by one very ripe fruits. Those peaches have maximally expressed aroma and taste, hence products have lovely aroma. Peaches are peeled, cleaned, smashed and marmelade is cooked (usually sweetened by grape concentrate).

Extra home-made peach marmalade

Peaches consist of very low amount of dry substances (means less sugar). Due to the classic home-made recipe and being a low-calorie fruit in comparison to other sorts of fruits and being produced in natural ways this peach marmelade represents high quality healthy product.
